Mild- 8 minutes.  Medium- 10 Minutes. Spicy- 12 Minutes 

10 Squats
15 Jump Lunges
20 Shoulder Taps
200 meter run (.13 miles) or substitute with 50 jumping jacks if it's too cold or icy outside.
