Browser Security Issues: Embedded video won't play in Canvas?

Sometimes your web browser will block content such as a video from displaying in Canvas or other secure sites. To allow the content to display, see the following tips:

**Note: These are Directions for a Chrome Browser.  They will only update settings for the Canvas webpage.  You may need to repeat this process for each website individually.  If assistance, please contact me and I will set up a zoom meeting to walk you through the process.

Click on the "Not secure icon" located in the upper left hand corner.

Click on  "site settings"

 

 

Scroll down to Insecure content and select "Allow"

 

Now you can return to Canvas and refresh the page.  This will allow you to view any embedded youtube videos.
