Using Current Events to Create PBL Units

Choose one of the following videos and think about some "driving questions" linked to one of your standards that you could use as a framework for a project based or passion based project for your students. You may simply read the transcript instead of watching the video if you like. Additionally, you can use the "Browse NBC Learn" link in the navigation menu on the left to find a video of your own choosing (you can filter by standard!). Please be sure to include which standard you have chosen in your response.
