Part A….21 minute EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute)

 

Min 1-… 5 Air Squats + 5 Jump Squats

Min 2-…5 Push Ups + 5 Hand Release Push Ups

Min 3-… 10 Crunches + 10 Russian Twists

Repeat 7 times

 

Part B…Balance Exercises

Spend about 10-15 minutes working on some of the balance exercises shown in the video.  Remember, go slow with the exercises rather than fast when trying to work balance.
