Find a house hold item that is 5-35 lbs. depending on your strength and what you have available.  (please don’t break anything)

A milk jug or laundry detergent work fine. 

 

Spend 10-15 minutes working on goblet squats.  A tip would be to video tape yourself and check your form compared to the video form. 

 

Part B- WOD

 

For Time- Ladder Up

 

Outside- Measure off roughly 25yds (that would be about 75 ft).

 

 

Continue this rep scheme until you reach 10 goblet squats.
