Today, we are focusing on preparing the body for tomorrows fitness test.  I want you to do the best you've done so far.  

Even though the fitness tests were not for a grade I hope that you have seen progress, feel better, and are proud of your hard work.

 

Part 1

Perform our daily warm up TWICE. 

Part 2

Short and explosive (100% effort) 

5 Jump Squats

*Rest 30 seconds

5 Broad Jumps 

* Rest 30 Seconds

REPEAT x3

Part 3

3-5 minute cool down jog and light stretching (do not over stretch)
