Compete against Travis Kelce in this WOD (Chiefs All Pro Tight End)
Travis wasn't clear with how much rest time between exercises but I would say to try and finish this workout in under an hour. Give yourself plenty of rest in-between sets. If you go ALL out in the mile run you probably won't have any legs to do the air squats. I would suggest running your mile at 85-90%.
***If this is a lot, I would suggest dividing the workout in half. Instead of running an entire mile, only run an 800.
