Regular  Scaled (Less Intense) 
  • 3 Burpees,
  • 4 Pushups,
  • 5 Air Squats,
  • 6 Tuck Jumps
  • Rest with any time remaining 
  • 2 Burpees,
  • 3 Pushups,
  • 4 Air Squats,
  • 5 Tuck Jumps
  • Rest with any time remaining 

Cool Down...

5-10 minute jog followed by a 1 minute and 15 second plank and static stretching.
