Part A- Technique Work

 

Spend 10-15 minutes working on the technique for dumbbell thrusters.  Watch the video and then have someone watch your form.  You can always use your phone to record yourself and then make corrections.

 

**If you do not own dumbbells OR your dumbbells are too heavy, look around your house for items such as jugs, cans, books, etc. (PLEASE be safe and don’t use anything VALUABLE)

10 minute AMRAP (As Many Reps/Rounds as Possible)
