Part A- Technique Work
Broad Jump Technique Work-
- If you have a tape measure you can measure yourself.
- Spend about 5 to 10 minutes working on your broad jump technique. Try not to jump more than 20 times and take plenty of rest in between.

Part B- WOD
EMOM- 12 minutes
- Minute 1- 40 Jumping Jacks
- Minute 2- 10 Broad Jumps (Really Explode and get distance)
- Minute 3- 30 Plank Shoulder Taps
- Repeat this cycle for 12 minutes total.
- If you finish the exercise a before the minute is up that is your rest time.

- Jumping Jacks- 160

Part C- Cool Down
