This is your first online assignment for this course.  The purpose of this assignment is to give you the opportunity to practice uploading a .pdf document to canvas and to submit your signed safety contract.

1. Obtain a copy of the safety contract (handed out in class) or download and print from this link.

2. Review the safety contract obligations with a parent/guardian and BOTH you and your parent must sign the safety contract.

3. Create a .pdf file of your safety contract and name it according to the following format.  (Note: all assignments must be named in this format.)

ASSIGNMENT NAME-LAST NAME.pdf

Options for creating .pdf files 

      • CamScan (app)
      • iPhone Notes feature:
        1. Click on the Notes app
        2. Select compose new note icon
        3. Click on the + 
        4. Select "Scan Documents"

4. Upload your correctly named file to the assignment.

5. Press the submit button.
